I agree that the Biometric system will have flaws. If there are cases of circumventing due dilligence and proper process, then the DB would contain tainted data that is of no factual value. Any smart DB can manipulate data in a DB.

What is needed is complete transparent system and also a regular audit performed on the entire biometric system by a 3rd party entity, preferably by 3 different companies and findings flagged to the public and worked upon by the government.
