A massive space rock - was found in a remote and mountainous region in northwest China, for messages - one that could be one of the largest meteorite ever again rank.
The huge and oddly shaped rocks was in the Altai Mountains in China's Xinjiang province found, according to Sky and Telescope magazine. Xinjiang, the discovery could be a very exciting find for the scientific community when the rock as a meteorite can provide are confirmed, Meenakshi Wadhwa, director of the Center for Meteorite Studies at Arizona State University said.
"If this be proved, in fact, as a bona fide iron meteorite, then it would certainly be an important find," Wadhwa told SPACE.com in an email interview.
