Found New Satellites of Pluto - Dwarf planet Pluto at the end of the solar system has always kept a mystery. After the controversy related to its status as a planet crowded discussed in 2006, are now a number of astronomers discovered a new fact that Pluto is surrounded by more than three satellites.

As released Space.com, July 21, the Hubble telescope detects the presence of small objects like asteroids surrounding Pluto. Object or satellite is then known as the identity of the P4. This is the fourth satellite discovered around Pluto after Nix, Hydra and Charon.

This new satellite will most likely be named Cerberus. Alan Stern, planetary scientist in charge of, disclose the latest findings on the fourth satellite of Pluto is actually not surprising. One other recent findings is the fact that Pluto has an atmosphere which was composed of nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and methane gas.

He believes, would still have a lot of other surprises that have not been revealed from Pluto. The distance is very much complicate the observation of this solar system objects. Puto distance from the Sun is 5.87 billion kilometers or 39 times the distance of the Sun to Earth.

To know more details about Pluto, NASA launched New Horizons spacecraft in January 2006. To reach Pluto, it would take at least nine years. This vehicle is calculated to begin to approach Pluto in July 2015 and began making observations there.
