Facebook has quietly a new feature allows users to customize their profiles to indicate when they expect a child to the market. Although a new profile for the unborn child is not created, this status will appear on the expectant parents' profile page on the left under family. It also selected the standard Facebook Image and person can be customized with a name if the parents already have one, and the due date as well.

To set up an expectant child on your Facebook profile, first click on the Profile button in the upper right corner of the screen while on your Facebook page. Then click on the Edit Profile button that appears below to check out. On the left side bar you will see a friends and family option. Click that and you get a page that allows you to type in the name of the people and make your relationship with them to get. If you choose this option Expecting Child, your news feed will be updated with this information when you hit the Save button.
There is a small breakdown in the system, which could even lead to some mischievous fun. Currently, you can set a different Facebook users as expectant child. To the friends and family rider, put another user as a friend, save it, then go back and change their relationship with you as expectant child. You have to confirm this, but if they do, it will appear in your RSS feed to the shock and entertain your Facebook friends.
